8.14 Open House + Shirt Printing
Find out more about ABSV — who we are, what we do, and what is coming up. With special guest Michael Dalupo from KYRapparel to discuss the clothing design process and how it ties in with our community work. Free t-shirt printing with one of KYRapparel designs so bring a shirt to print on!

8.21 Campaigns Building 101
Learn the steps to build a local campaign. We will take a look at our campaign to stop violence against youth in the area and discuss the latest events affecting our youth — from budget cuts, relevant education,  the Trayvon martin decision, and other important issues.

8.28 “Documenting Our Stories” Project
Explore our project to build our 408 narrative. We’ll be collecting audio / video testimonies from youth all over the area and figuring out how to best tell our own stories.
